Please do not use part of your login member name as your password, for example: your login name is bjktgs888, please do not use bjktgs as your password.
How can find out the name of user and the password forgotten?
If you forget the name of user and the password at the same time, first you should click forget the name of user and enter your registered email address, we will send the name of user to your registered email box. Click forget the password, enter the member name, and according to your reminder questions as you registered, filling the related answers, after the answer identified and matched with the questions, we will send the password to your email box.
How can amend the password after registration?
Login the club member and click remind the password on the left side of the menu, follow the reminding on the page to set up your new passwords and re-enter for confirm. Please remember the new password after reminding!
Why cannot accepted the password when registering?
The reason may be one of the following cases:
1Your password is not long enough to meet the standards.
The password must be between 4-15 characters, the system does not accept if it exceeds the length or less.
3Your password includes illegal characters.
4The password can only use the English letters(a-z), the numbers (0-9). The system will not accept the punctuation, blank,*, @, and other characters.
5The password and your login name are the same.

Why cannot accept the selected login name?
1Because the name is already resisted by other users, the name of user is the only one in the data-base and can not be applied again. If there is a repeat tips, you try another spelling combinations according to the proposal on the page, foe example: if the name of user bjivy is already registered, you may try to usebjivy2005, bjivy 4321ect.

3You enter a name of user contains illegal characters. User can only use the English letters (a-z), numbers (0-9). The system does not accept the punctuation, blank, *, @, and other characters.
